Workshop: Shakespearean Voice

Saturday, March 16, 2019

9am – 5pm

46 Front St. Waterville, ME

Come learn how Shakespeare wrote, how to speak Shakespeare’s text for performance, and how we can better understand his plays and poems through his use of language and meter.

Please bring a Shakespearean monologue or sonnet you wish to memorize/work with during the weekend. Please also bring a writing utensil and wear comfortable clothing.

Free for RSC cast members, $10 for non-members

We will break for lunch on Saturday, you may bring a bagged lunch or go to one of the many restaurants in the area. Please make sure that no food you bring contains nuts or bananas, due to serious allergies.
